Set the Low-Risk Intraday Cover of the FNPI and FNPDL OOTVs set this morning in the pre-market and active at *$128.30 on the DIA PEB for CGL (capital gain lock).

Re-establish and reset the post-cover Upper Band DV OOTVs for FNPI and FNPDS at $128.40.

Remember Significant Forward DownSide 4 (AEV), 3, 2, and 1 QEV Weight exists on the market this week

Note:  When Price "tests" the EchoVectorVEST WEV M-M Key Pivot Threshold, with Significant Forward Downside QEV Weight existing withinin The Forecast Outlook, Price usually 'breaks through' the Pivot Threshold on the WEV basis.  So, be sure to set and maintain the ProtectVEST  post-cover Lower Band DV OOTVs at  $128.20.

If Price slightly pierces and the recovers, and/or bounces off the active WEV M-M Key Pivot Threshold, proving it in the ST a Key ST WEV Monday Morning Time Block Support Level, and then Price returns sufficiently to the $128.30 price level,  the ADJUST the Upper band OOTV's from $128.40 to the NOW morning time block's  low-risk post-cover Upper Band DV OOTV price level of $128.50 on the DIA PEB, for both FNPI and FNPDS, for a second CGL
